Isam Allen Of Kingman Dies; Rites Tuesday- KINGMAN- Isam Allen, 86-year-old retired farmer, died Saturday evening in the Britton Nursing Home at Rockville. He had been a patient there since Feb. 4. Born Nov. 27, 1876, near Grange Corner in Parke County, he was a son of Josiah and Martha Summers Allen. He was married to Amanda Sackmire, who died March 10, 1938. Mr. Allen was a member of the Wolf Creek Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, Veron Allen of Rt. 1 Kingman; a daughter, Mrs. Harold (Verna) Smith of near Kingman; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. (EST( Tuesday at the Woodrow Funeral Home here with Rev. Lowell Barnard in charge. Interment will be in the Zackmire Cemetery near Grange Corner. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 2 until 4 and from 7 until 9 p.m. Monday
